My name is Courtney Langston, and I’m proud to be the owner and founder of this dedicated senior services company. Based in Willis, Texas, I share my life with my husband, three wonderful children, and a house full of beloved furry family members. We are active members of Lonestar Cowboy Church and find deep purpose in giving back to our community, especially through volunteer work with local seniors and supporting veterans and their families—a cause that’s close to my heart.

My journey into healthcare was inspired by the compassion I witnessed in nurses who cared for my loved ones. That experience led me to become a nurse and Certified Assisted Living Administrator, and I’ve spent over 15 years working in healthcare leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance. These roles have given me invaluable insight into senior care systems, enabling me to guide families with empathy, clarity, and professionalism through some of life’s most important decisions.

I founded Silver Lining Specialists to be more than just a placement service—we’re a trusted partner for families navigating the aging journey. While our placement services remain a cornerstone of what we do—offering free, personalized guidance to help find the right fit in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care—we also recognize that many seniors wish to remain in their homes as long as safely possible.

 

To support those needs, we offer a full range of in-home services designed to enhance safety, comfort, and independence. These include but are not limited to:

• Medication Management – including education, medication planner assistance, insulin support, and pharmacy coordination

• Private Nurse Services – such as wellness checks, post-hospitalization visits, diabetes education, care advocacy, and appointment accompaniment

• Interior Home Services – housekeeping, home organization, and light maintenance like filter or light bulb changes

• Exterior Home Services – full-service lawn care, landscaping, storm cleanup, and pressure washing

• Laundry Services – full wash, dry, fold, and even putting everything away

• Safety & Welfare Check-ins, Care Plan Advocacy, and Post-Hospital Support

• Ongoing Follow-Up – to ensure continued success and well-being​

Much like a real estate agent helps you find the perfect house, we accompany families on tours of senior communities or coordinate trusted home services—without ever sharing your contact information until you're ready. Even after placement or service coordination, we continue to check in for up to a year to ensure satisfaction and quality of life.
